Subject: Update on Cleo's Paws
After a week of twice daily Betadine washes and Quadritop cream,
Cleo's paws look much better (re the nail fungus posts). The swelling
and redness have subsided for the time being. However, this is the
usual pattern when we begin a new treatment, so I'm not getting my
hopes up yet. She's at least getting some much needed relief, even if
it's only temporary.
It was interesting reading the posts re some people not being aware of
what bad shape their pets are in. The people who asked me to take
Cleo never mentioned that she was a skeleton with patches of fur, they
just said she had "ugly feet." I'm thankful she's the only ferret
they had.
