Subject: Here's what I know

Good morning.

Well, the results of the samples are in to a degree, and my
fuzzies have Coccidia! How I have absolutely no idea. Not
been around another ferret, brought nothing in from a pet
store to them, zip. The vet thinks it's a possibility it was
carried on our feet, but unsure.

So for now I'm starting them on a sulfa medicine that will
take 5 days to really work. The lab is still working on the
samples, they want to see if there's anything else. But at
least it's not ECE!!!!!!!!

Dr. Williams-can you tell me how they could get this? Neither
the ferrets nor the cats go outside and I'm totally stumped.
I asked the vet if I could have done something wrong with the
last batch of chicken gravy and he doesn't think so.

So I'm sending this, going upstairs and sterilizing,
sterilizing sterilizing. Then I'll be their best friend
'cause they're all going to get medicated! Ah, by the time
this is over my ferrets will love me so much (NOT!)

A much relieved:
