I have to agree with Brett! This book is awesome.
While I find Dr. Karen's book "Essential s of Ferrets" most concise for
layman -- John Lewington's book has been the one I keep going to during the
down times here at the shelter!
I am impressed with the husbandry and keeping chapters as well as the
cross cultural references etc.
This book is also available from two US shelter sources F.A.I.R . and
FerretWare in case any one wants to obtain the book and support ferret
shelters at the same time!
