Well, it is time I got on this computer again. I have a
question. I went
looking for potty messes and found a new wet spot on my
plastic lining it was
full of blood.
I followed the 5 little ones around till I found out which one
it was that
was bleeding.
It is Fred, He has a coating of blood around his pea spout. (6
of my own
children and can't even tell ya the proper word).
I have given him parsley water (warmed) he is still
eating and drinking
still gets up and runs around.
What should I do for him??

Sunny, I would say that whenever blood is found on an animal,
be human or ferret, it would need further investigation.
Watch him and as soon as you can let a vet check him. If it
is an external injury there should be a scratch or injury on
him, if not than it is coming from inside- urine/stool-
somewhere and definitely needs vet care.
