Subject: Vomiting Ferret
Barry, My Pet store rescue had quite a bout with retching and
bringing up a clear white substance. Nothing in his diet has changed
and he appears to be eating and drinking as he historicaly has. Any
ideas on what may be causing this?
I have also noticed a lot of runny poops in the litter pans. I house
9 ferrets in a 4 story cage, so it is difficult to tell who is doing
what. I thought perhaps he was shedding and his grooming may have
caused some fur balls. I have given him some fur ball paste, but he
had a retching bout after that as well.
