Subject: sick ferret/red nose
Has anyone ever seen a pink nose become red? I have a friends
ferret here that became sick and would not eat. I started him
on the duck soup and a small dose of pred. Found out he was
use to eating Purina Kitten chow before she got him , now he
is eating, but his nose is red. It sort of looks like we do
when we pinch ourselves and the blood comes up under the skin.
I've never seen this before.
She's taking him to the vet next week, but I thought I would
just ask now if anyone knows what this might be.
