Miss Pookie was like this at the end. She had symptoms of both adrenal and
insulinomas. Her hair was all over but thin, lots of skin. Her skin was also
rather thin, like an elderly person. Because of her age and previous
surgeries, I took no big measures at the end, just fed her whatever she
wanted and paid extra special attention to her. She did fine for several
months like this.

However, I have also recently lost some 6 year olds, rather quickly. They
went down fast and did not show a lot of the same signs.
