In his adult years, Cody Ferret suffered fur loss around his genitals
and also tended to lick his genital area after urinating. According
to his regular vet, this was nothing to worry about. After his
death, the vets at the out-of-state animal hospital said that his fur
loss and the genital licking were probably connected to the kidney
stones that killed him, and that both the fur loss and the licking
(attempts at cleaning?) were perhaps due to urine burn. Any
thoughts, Doctors?
