In relation to corn and rice , I think that the the upshot might have
been that some worry a bit about rice due to glycemic values, and
that it might take -- for most individuals -- a good amount of corn
to affect the urine pH enough to cause bladder stones to form.
I.E.: there are questions remaining...

The rest sounds as I have also interpreted it.

Clarifications, folks?
