Interesting hypothesis, but I would need more information. I would
not expect genital irritation and urine burn from stones located in
the kidneys, but perhpas if there wwere some in the bladder that we
being passed through the urethra -

Urine burn, or urine scald, generally is associated not only with
hair loss, but persistent redness and rawness around the area
(dermatitis).
