While hair loss can be from adrenal disease, with her history I would first
check her vulva to see if it is swollen. If not, I would just give her a
bath, give her some good quality food and see what she looks like in a month
or two.

But do realize that it could ultimately be adrenal disease, even without a
swollen vulva.
