My recommendation would be to wait until Monday to see your regular
vet. It appears as if your instincts are indeed valid - now we have
a symptom that is referrable to the GI tract. I want to say ulcers
first - but grinding teeth is a non-specific sign of abdominal pain,
so that is only a place to start.

In this case, a Monday trip will be acceptable.
