Before we discussed it I could have given you a definitive answer,

Click on messages and type CORN in the search box. You'll get about
20 hits and then can be as confused on this issue as I am. I've
always been told.. "corn bad, rice good" Dr Murray's post on April
1st really confused this issue for me. I believe he is saying corn is
the better carb because of the lower glucose peak, but a urinary
acidifier should be added. You should really read his post for
yourself though.
