Yes! Great points! It may be that an HRT (hormonal replacement
therapy) begun at an appropriate time (which would depend on just
WHAT it may make sense to replace) could be useful, but that remains
one of the many unknowns. To me this research direction seems a
logical take on the situation, and a sound one in relation to the
economics that actually get things done, as well.
