Subject: More on hairballs
My vet recommended mixing heavy cream with some pumpkin pie filling
and
giving that to my ferrets for hairballs. The fibers in the pumpkin
are
supposed to move the hair along and the cream makes the ferrets like
it? It
sounded strange to me but what do I know! Just thought I would throw
it out
there and see what everyone thinks.
I have not tried this, I've been sticking to ferret-lax 1 to 2 times
per day
while they are shedding.
