Farrah may be returning to a hypoglycemic state. Two years is a
pretty good length of time with no symptoms even after a partial
pancreatectomy. Symptoms often return in as little as six months to
a year since the tumors can be microscopic and present throughout the
entire pancreas.

Of course some simple testing by your vet will tell if that is what's
Farrah is dealing with. I wouldn't discount insulinoma as a
possibility though there may be something else going on.
