Subject: Nutrition Question

I have a question about feeding frozen rat pups/baby mice to
ferrets. I have heard that they don't have the same
nutritional value as they are not fully developed. I was
wondering that since most baby animals maintain immunity to
certain things from their mother a few weeks after birth what
if any nutritional values do they keep and would any of these
be beneficial to ferrets. I give my ferrets meat at least 4
times a week as a supplement to their diet. I was thinking of
adding the rat/mice pups if they benefit the ferrets diet, but
don't see the point if there is nothing to be gained. Bob C.
what do you think?
