That is an unusual finding. I would be interested in finding out how
this finding was made -

The right kidney sits right up under the liver - it is a difficult
organ to palpate well, and I have not seen an abnormal kidney in this
shape. The adrenal gland sits at the cranial pole of the kidney - a
swelling of the adrenal gland might give an abnormal widening of one
pole of the kidney over the other.

However, bloodwork and clinical signs are still the best way to
diagnose adrenal disease.
