Subject: Chromium and Insulinoma

Question. I've seen many references to chromium lowering blood glucose
levels, but does anyone have the reference? What I would like to know is if
the study took the blood glucose levels continually over an extended period
of time, or was it a one time measurement after administration of the
chromium.

It would seem to me that, if chromium acts to stabilize the blood glucose,
then it would lower it from the peaks, but raise it from the lows. If that
would be the case, then continually monitoring the blood glucose levels over
a period of time would be necessary to determine its overall effectiveness.
Has anyone read the actual study and can comment?
