In how long a time period? Sounds like an ulcer to me.

Not enough for very long, though I have used it for a day or so. Need to try
and get some more in her stomach. Try Gerber baby chicken food mixed with
water and the Nutrical. Need to try and get some into her every few hours.
Hopefully, as much as she hates the Pepto it will help her tummy and make
her want to eat.
she is being given .25 ml of antibiotics, and

You should have her on Pepto bismal or carafate in addition to antibiotics

I would try ulcer protocol first unless vets here suggest otherwise.
