I can't give you the stages, but I would like to say that I believe
Dr. Williams recommends the bland diet, which you are already
feeding, plus carafate 10 minutes prior to feeding to coat the ulcers
and skip the "triple therapy" until the ulcers are under control.
Hopefully, Dr. Williams will pop in and verify that recommendation.
Don't change anything without your vet's approval.
