Subject: swollen vulva

I'd like to know how big a vulva is when you term it
"swollen" and suspect adrenal tumors.

Niro, one of my new fosters has one that is a little large. I
went around looking at all of the girls, and none are this
big.

Much to her chagrin, I took a picture.

Can anyone tell me if this is in the normal range, or if it is
swollen?
