Subject: Dr. Williams Still Offline

It has been 8 days now without a decent connection, so I apologize
for the paucity of my comments.

I am currently using a 28.8 connection to Netzero, as my usual ISP at
home is still down. This is a pretty frustrating experience -

I usually can only get through a couple of posts before it either
goes down, or I give up in frustration....
