She may be sneezing from the bleach. It is an irritant to the lungs and
such, I overdosed myself by accident once cleaning with it.

As for her coat, you can rub in jojoba oil. It is very similar to natural
skin oils and isn't toxic. I have been using it for years on my guys with
itchy skin.
