I am a new member here. I was really interested in reading this as
it seems
as if you may be talking about a BARF diet or something similar.
That is how
I feed my dogs, and I would really like to feed my ferret Mable that
way. I
have introduced small pieces of raw ground meat, but she wants
nothing to do
with it.
I have had her a little over a month, and she was fed a low quality
sugary
cat food before I got her. After reading the ingredients on every
ferret food
and cat food in the petstore, I decided to feed her Nature's Recipe
for cats.
I am still not very happy with it, and would order something else if
I felt
it were a better quality.
Ideally, I would like to feed a natural diet for her. Any
suggestions, books
websites, were I can research this better? Also any suggestions on
getting
her to try meat?
