Hi Kathy
The swollen vulva is likely due to "regrowth"
of the right adrenal gland. Now it is that tough
time to decide to 1) do surgery again to remove
the right gland or to 2) start on Lupron to control the
disease. You did not mention the age of your female
and that is another factor to consider in your decision.
BTW It is not hormone replacement therapy but rather hormone
suppression therapy. Give us the age of the little girl and any
other medical problems that she has, so we can give you
some advice as you make this hard decision.
