Dear Hyper Rat:

Unfortunately, I can't say much on this case, as there are a lot of
gaps here. You don't mention how old these animals are, what they
are fed, what antibiotics they have been on, how the bacterial
infection was diagnosed, or what "wrong things" that he has access to.

At this point, the only real help that I can give is that loose
stools, especially in a young ferret, is not a normal thing, and hope
that you may be able to fill in some of the blanks.
