Personally, I think it's great - the more my clients know, the better, IMO.
There have been many cases, however, of misinformation, so I'm always careful
to check on what my clients really mean when they say something or other, and
also to explain why I might or might not agree with the information.

With regards to Azrael, it's very possible that the medication and supportive
care will help - she may have an undiagnosed parasitic infection, or perhaps
bacterial.
