Mary, All I can say is that after owning ferrets for 15 years their powers
to bounce back from the most horrific illnesses and injuries never cease to
amaze me, so don't give up hope. I would plan on feeding her a soft diet
based on baby food or A/D when she gets home. And plan on holding her and
feeding her. That touch of being held is very important to the little guys
when they don't feel good. They want to be coaxed and coddled, even if
normally they don't want to spend more than 5 seconds in your lap. Good
Luck!
