Hi Debbie,
If the blood was spun down on Sat. then sent to
the lab and tested on Monday, you will see very
little changes in the glucose level. If it does anything
it will lower the glucose amount especially if it was not spun
down soon after clotting on Sat. The 210 value is actually high,
so it is unlikely that the glucose value was effected.
