something new, especially for an ill little one.
I didn't even think about the water content. But,
my question is this...wouldn't the protein %age
account for the water?

I have a lot of experience with K/D. Lily ate it
for over 4 years of her life and Champ has been
eating it for a couple of months (in soup, of
course). My question dealt more with what I could
feed him if I needed to give him very bland, easy
to eat food, such as what we would do with an
upset tummy or after surgery.
Yes, you are right. His phosphorous level is
probably the next thing that will shoot out of
sight. Then he will get drugs to counteract that,
poor baby. It's just not fair what these little
ones go through.
BTW, Champy will be 4 years old tomorrow
(Friday)!!
