That's it. Not so complicated really. The water is eliminated by the
kidneys and the rest is absorbed by the gut. I'm sure Tom can explain
things better but the math is simple. 10% protein in a suspension that's
70% water becomes 33% (10%/[100-70%]) protein once the water is removed.
