Subject: Thin Ferret
I am just wondering if I should be concerned about Figit, my 2 1/2year old ferret. She is so thin...but she is eating well as far as Ican tell. she seemed a little tired with a decreased appetite abouta week ago and I noticed then, that she felt thin.... well I gave hera worm treatment because, she had been eating good and I thought thatmight be why she was so thin. The day after the treatment she wasperky and eating like a little pig. She is still so thin tho....buteating good. Could it be that I may need to change her diet. I feedthem Kaytee Forti-diet for ferrets. Of course they always get intothe big bag of catfood I have and make pigs of themselves....I have two ferrets and they have the same diet. My other ferret,Sassy, is only abuot 7 months old and is bigger than figit.Any advise or ideas you can give would be greatly appreciated.Thanks, Rose, Figit and Sassy
