Whoa! I use Triaminic with my ferrets but 1cc max for a large male.

Too late now probably, but make sure his breathing and heart rate stay up
and steady.

WIth his other symptoms I would guess he has an ear infection (probably
along with mites). He needs to get into the vet ASAP!
