If the liver damage is from AD then pediapred is the
first option to lower the immune complexes that are
doing the damage to the liver. A second option is to try
the new SAMe product (Denosyl SD4 by Nutramax labs).
Tansy-you might want to check with your human doctor to see
if SAMe will work better that Milk Thistle in people like it
does in animals.
