Subject: possible adrenal disease
Hi - I just joined this group. I have two ferrets, Percival and
Beauregard. I noticed hair loss on Percival's tail yesterday and
immediately thought of adrenal disease. He is also very itchy. I
own the Ferret, Rabbit medical text and after reading that yesterday
off we went to the vet this afternoon. Percival donated some of his
blood which was sent off to the lab. Results in about 3 days. He's
eating fine. I'm trying to see how much water he's drinking. His
energy level is good. I joined this list because I figure I'll
probably need some help, some support. Any suggestions while we're
waiting for the test results would be appreciated. Thanks in
