I see an awful lot of ferrets who put on this much weight as a seasonal
change, even when other ferrets in the household don't. From what you're
saying, she seems like that's the most probable thing that's going on. That
said, any change in her behavior, appetite, or the way her belly feels to you
should lead to a trip to the vets.
