Hi Betty,
That is along the lines I was thinking and a bulletin board
sounds like the way to do it. If you have an idea on how to do
this let me know. As it turns out from the posts I've seen and
some private e-mails I have received, that ECE in Canada seems
to be more prevalent than once thought. This is what it looks
like so far-Ontario and Alberta have had it, Manitoba and
parts of Vancouver-none reported (so far). I know the M.F.A.
and A.F.A. do keep in contact. At least it's a start.
By the way it's great to see you back. Was wondering what
happened till I saw your post the other day.
