Subject: RE:Post surgery nutrition

Hello everyone! My boy Snooper has recovered quickly from his
adrenal/ insulinoma surgery last week! My little girl Jessi
had surgery this Wednesday, to remove her left adrenal, and
cryo the right. It has been a challenge to get her to eat. She
doesn't want her kibble yet. So I have been supplementing her,
every 3 to 4 hours, with a/d & Deliver, and Nutrical mix. She
will only eat 3-5 cc, at one feeding, in addition to a little
water. She is small, only 1 1/2 pounds. Is she getting enough
nutrition for her size? Am I feeding her too much, making her
ignore her regular kibble? I have tried wetting her kibble
with warm water. I know she is a light eater normally. I just
need to know if she is getting enough nutrition to get
stronger. She seems bright eyed and alert when she's awake.
Thanks for your advice!
