Bruce,

I uploaded some pictures of the tumor to my personal website.
(http://www2.suite224.net/~ncfs1997/tumor.html) I hope they are good
enough to give you an idea of what we are dealing with here. I tried to
get ones that could show you size and location. The span at the largest
point is now 2.5 to 3 cm. It is growing fast. You should be able to tell
from the pictures that the tumor does seems to be located in the vaginal
tract and not adjacent to it. The skin in the area covering the tumor is
very fragile and ulcerates and bleeds easily.

My vet admits that surgery is not his forte but looking at this tumor
and what is involved, at this point I am almost convinced that no
surgeon can do anything to save her.

Those who are interested can point their browsers to
http://www2.suite224.net/~ncfs1997/tumor.html for the pictures. I loaded
them at a high resolution and large size so they will take some time to
load if you are using a dial-up modem.
