Dianna,
I believe you can buy a solution at the pet stores to have on hand
when you
cut the nail too short and it starts to bleed. Petsmart and Pet
Superstore
have it. It may be in the cat or dog section. Also, if you don't
have any of
that on hand (do get it) you can take some baking flour and apply it
to the
nail with pressure. That should help stop the bleeding. Best thing
of course
is to not cut the nails too short. Good Luck!
