Not to belabour the obvious but is airconditioning not an option?
Actually, with ferrets, I think living without air conditioning is
not an option. I have a friend who uses the boxes of frozen corn
wrapped in a towel on road trips. I personally love the hard plastic
square things that you freeze and then put in a cooler to keep it
cooler... again I wrap them in a towel and place in travel cage. Do
we have an official upper temperature for ferrets? I start getting
paranoid at 85 and up about taking them outside at all.
