There's a good possibility that a peanut could cause an intestinal
blockage and it/they would have to be surgically removed. I think a
blockage would be a more likely cause of the vomiting than a reaction
to the peanuts themselves.

If you're absolutely sure she ate peanuts, surgical removal would
have to be done REAL quick. No time to wait and see what happens.
