It has been getting really hot the past couple of days, and My
Fiance and I
are worried that our babies will be TOO HOT. Is there anyway that
we can
make them more comfortable? We would do anything to keep these
little
farts
cool...:)
I put ice cubes in the water bottle. I also put a frozen bottle (one
of those
pop bottles) in the cage so they can lay on it if they want, or use
the cool
air around it. I also put a fan right in the room. For the really
hot days, I
have the fan blow right on the cage. I know about drafts, but it's
better
than 89 in the room. The fan will circulate the air in my apt and
get it down
below 83. I also have some windows open to have fresh air. I also
get them
wet. They do the feet and bottoms by themselves in the bathtub. I'll
actually
hold them under running water to get them really wet. I do this when
it's
playtime so they'll actually play.
