I am sorry, but I am clear on one thing. Does Bugsy have
insulinoma? What are the blood sugars?
If he has low blood sugar causing the seizures, then starting him
on prednisone right away should help, plus may help a little with the
after effects of the ECE. Not eating may be due to discomfort,
any pawing at the mouth, or rubbing face along floor? Maybe try
adding carafate to his meds? Ulcers are common after ECE.

If he isn't drinking, how about Sub Q fluids at home?

If he doesn't like the A/D did you try the baby food, chicken or lamb?

If none of the above were tried discuss them with your vet.

Keep us updated.
