Subject: Ferret Life Spans

For what it's worth, I tend to think of ferrets
years in 10-year increments. I think of a 3 year
old as 30, a 6 year old as 60, etc. This helps me
get their age in a human perspective in my mind.
For surgery, assuming they are healthy, I would
start being a little concerned once they were
approaching 70 years old <g>.
