I've seen hair regrowth begin within three weeks of the first Lupron
injection, but I don't know how quickly (or even if) it will cause
prostate shrinkage.

I've also noticed that several vets here often recommend Proscar or
Propecia specifically for prostate enlargement, so perhaps that would
be the way to go for that problem.
