I believe Diazoxide and proglycem are the same, and i think
it is expensive even here in the US. Perhaps 2 weeks isn't enough
time and the prednisone dose can be increased to a maximum
before considering the other med? But if the ferret is at risk of
seizures, then I guess you don't have many options.

You are right though, if my math is right, from 41 to 46 isn't much
of a change, and pretty low.
