Here's an idea that may help you. Bruce Williams recently had a
marvelous post on prednisone NOT carrying the risks it can for some
other mammals such as humans, and I don not think that it is the
first here by a respected ferret-expert vet. How about collecting
them by using the search feature on the FHL website at
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Ferret-Health-list, printing them out,
and gently and respectfully discussing these differences with your
vet? I'm betting that you'd also find such info at
http://www.miamiferret.org/fhc .
