It seems to me that Bob Church posted quite a lengthy message about
the dangers (or lack thereof) of chocolate on the FML within the last
year or so. I don't recall the details, but if my memory hasn't
totally failed me, the bottom line was that a ferret could probably
eat a whole bag of milk chocolate chips and not be harmed other than
having a major sugar rush. I believe the type of chocolate has a lot
of bearing on the dangers. Baking chocolate would probably be much
more dangerous.

I recommend doing a search of the FML archives for the post to get
the full, accurate details. Don't count on my memory!
